At your first appointment, you'll need to bring:
- Your travel itinerary
- Your current immunization records (call 403 214-3641 or fax 214-3645 - for records from public health)
- If possible, print out and complete the Travel & Health Information form prior to your visit and bring it with you.
Your first appointment will take 30 to 60 minutes, during which our health professionals will:
- Review your past and present medical profile, including your immunization records
- Discuss your travel plans (itinerary, accommodations, activities and reason for travel)
- Give advice, recommend vaccines, and provide prescriptions
- Start your immunizations and set up subsequent visits if more are required.
